Agree wholly with this review on 10EQS. I did enjoy securitizing and screening data under guidance of the contract EM ! For graduates, Clients are tops and engagement managers are good to learn from but structure of delivery department can be improved. It seemed they focus on the business-attractiveness of what they report to clients and executives. Rather professionally inexperienced delivery team thinking their delegation of work amongst their team then passed to the contractor team is justified because they know best ! Inquiries can end up passed around or template answered so it can frustrate. Frequency of 10EQS payment is slow. Be prepared to inquire with respect to the wait. The delivery employees are polite and co-operative in tone but little action seen in improving remuneration speed.
