Summary - We have an immediate need for an additional office receptionist / secretary to provide administrative support for our office manager. You will serve as the first point of contact between office guests and the company. Compensation for this position is $13 to $14 per hour, depending on experience.
Answer all incoming phone calls with enthusiasm and professionalism

Respond to phone calls/emails/requests in a timely manner
Improve the accuracy of our database by using every call as an opportunity to review and update client information (phone #, email, address, etc.)
Process outgoing mail packages ..handle companies daily shipping through UPS, USPS etc
Maintain office organization
Must have prior experience in Microsoft programs
Must have experience with Ebay, scanning, etc
Must have excellent oral and written communication
Must be extremely organized as you will be handling assisting in numerous company tasks
Able to take direction well
Computer skills (Word,Excel,Outlook)
Excellent communication skills required
