Solid knowledge base in Kinesiology

Current CPR certification
Must have personal training certification
Generate Club revenue through personal, performance, and small group training.
Actively market and promote personal training and other club services to generate new members and retain existing members.
Conduct fitness assessment and client-specific weight training orientations, and exercise instruction and supervision.
Fitness floor supervision including ensuring that member health, wellness, and safety needs are met, including ensuring that equipment is clean and in good working order.
Stay current in the most up-to-date and cutting edge fitness knowledge, exercise techniques, and program designs through regular professional development.
Develop and implement marketing and sales programming, including planning and promoting our events both on site and off site.
Develop and implement corporate athletic and fitness programming and other group exercise programming.
Nationally recognized Pilates certification
Minimum of one year experience
Excellent customer service skills: personable, energetic, enthusiastic, motivational
Organization and professionalism
Ability to act as a fitness resource to clients and class participants
Awareness of potential injuries and ability to handle emergencies
Conduct safe, fun, dynamic and effective group and/or private reformer classes.
Provide a high degree of service through a professional relationship with our members and
guests in regards to their needs, concerns and questions.
Modify classes and routines according to fitness levels/medical concerns.
Demonstrate an ability to relate to and work with a variety of people.
Ensure the studio is clean and in order for the next class and that all equipment is functioning
properly. Report any problems/needs to the group fitness and program coordinator.
Be on time for all scheduled classes.
Maintain attendance records.
