Open the bank, start up the computer systems, review reports, take call ins from reps, work with HR, Quality, Risk, upper management in regards to daily, monthly, and quarterly goals. Ensure that the reps are compliant with FDCPA and that the reps are happy in their positions and help with any issues that may arise. Hardest part is dealing with disciplinary actions and or terminating someone. Most enjoyable experience is that it is a daily challenge and things are constantly changing.
