At this company we have two seasons, slow and peak season. In and out of season we work well together to get the job done, but during peak season you really see the band of togetherness. It's big on Customer Care and creating a positive experience for it's homeowner's. I've learned that accountability and positive attitude will take you far. Management at this company treats it's employees like humans and does so with respect and dignity. Every relationship between human beings can use work, this company tries to create an environment where relationships between employers employees and co-workers can grow. The hardest part of my job now is being open to dealing with employee issues. The most enjoyable part of my job is satisfying the customer.
