It was a great working environment and a great place to learn staffing and recruiting practices as an intern. Only drawback is that it wasn't a paid internship but if you are willing to come to work for no pay it is was a great learning experience.
My typical tasks daily were to do Background Checks, Professional References, Employment Verification and many other forms necessary to get a Nurse employed for Kaiser hospitals for a contract or Per Diem. Updated client's credentials on their HRIS database.
The staff and operations manager were all awesome to work with and they love to getting to know new interns. If you need to find an internship and planning to go into Medical Staffing or recruiting this is a good place to start.
