• Assist two Vice Presidents of 2H.
• Manage personal and business calendars.
• Update, maintain, and schedule Offshore Training Certifications Internally.
• BP iLogistics Focal Point – Maintain/enter employee info.
• Schedule Offshore Training Courses (HUET/Water Survival, Rigpass/SG, TWIC, LTGO, and LOD).
• Responsible for Lunch and Learn setups.
• Maintain Training Framework and Upload Internal 2H Training presentations.
• Travel (Domestic/International) – For interns, interviews, offshore trips, conferences and career fairs.
• Maintain offshore and overseas trips spreadsheet.
• Set up Friday Training scheduling and organization.
• Update QMS scorecard monthly for Technical Trainings and new engineers’ offshore certification.
• Keep keys and camera(s) for 31000 (ASCO).
• Send Seamless Pipe Manufacturing Videos to new hires.
• Order office supplies.
• Responsible for uploading Tuesday and Friday Training Presentations to the intranet.
• Creating and sending birthday announcement internal e-mail and ordering birthday breakfast.
• Other responsibilities – Maintain employee kitchen, set up/clean up Friday Training lunch, and assist in cleaning internal meeting room white boards.

2H is a great company to work for in the oil and gas industry. They are a smaller company with great values and a fun and hard working culture. Everyone is friendly and outgoing, and it is a very team-like environment. Projects are always changing and the work is interesting and challenging.

Every day I create invoices for engineering projects, provide budget updates for management and prepare spreadsheets on resources allocated to projects.

I have learned about the financial aspects for the oil and gas field.

Management is easy going, friendly and helpful.

Coworkers are young and intelligent.

The hardest part of my job is insufficient training and short deadlines.

The most enjoyable part would be teambuilding events our company hosts every 3 months for everyone in the company.
