The Technical Support Representative is responsible for taking and making calls to customers (Mainly inbound calling). They will resolve support issues for customers via telephone and provide any follow-up needed, field technical support requests and delegate them to the proper departments if need be, and create and manage support tickets for customers and respond accordingly.
Must possess strong problem resolution skills
Must possess excellent writing skills
Must know how to use email and have general Internet knowledge.
Some experience with an ISP, hosting company, or ecommerce provider
Minimum 2 years college education
HTML and web developing skills a plus, but not necessary
