Surveillance Observer - Security and Surveillance (Former Employee) – Kansas City, KS – October 14, 2016
This position was my first job that I got to use some of my military experience. I operated cameras in the prison and it helped me get this opportunity. I monitor activities within the casino and made reports about daily tasks. My management was wonderful and I still talk to a few of them as friends.
I worked the midnight shift. I enjoyed being able to go out and get things done during the day
I honestly can't think of one. This position was great.
Surveillance operator (Former Employee) – 825 building – September 15, 2016
This is one of the worst places to work unless you suck up to management. People gossip and are back stabbing its almost worse than high school. The policies are completly ridiculous and higher up does not have a problem with writing you up for anything and everything. Supervisors and Management will lie in you in a heart beat and not care. Worked there for years and has management try everything under the sun to get me fired because I stood up for myself. Its a sad pathetic place to work. This is why they have so many openings for employment they can't keep employees for anything. I was the eyes in the sky, I seen and heard everything with every department.
Cage cashier banker duel rate supervisor (Former Employee) – Kansas City, ks – August 19, 2015
I worked for this place for 2 years. They are back stabbing gossiping constantly. The harder you work the more intimidated they are of you. This is not regular employee's this is the management! They think if you are working hard you must be after their job so they do everything they can to try and make you look bad.
Good benefits if your single. If you have exemptions your on your own for their insurance

Guest Service Rep (Former Employee) – Kansas City, Ks – March 10, 2015
A typical day at the Casino was pretty hectic. I would walk the Floors Making sure Guest are well taken care of by getting drinks, change, cash in tickets and trouble shooting slot machines. I was authorized to handle guests complaints and problems. Management was not really involved with staff, high turn over rate. Co-workers were nice. I really enjoyed walking the floors helping and meeting people. I did not care for working on the holidays.
