Celebrating our 50th anniversary, 84 Lumber Company was founded by Joe Hardy in 1956 in the town of Eighty Four, Pennsylvania, where the original store continues to operate today. Today Joe continues to serve the company as CEO and oversees and selects new store sites in growth markets across the country.
