Cons: no clear direction for company and its stores
Poor direction from corporate which causes district and regional direction to be tense and negative. Store manager breaking numerous company policies to pull off their own agenda. Not enough hours given to decent employees, whilst too many hours given (more than company policy allows) to employees who don't cater to the customers. Too ops and task oriented, not enough customer service. No clear direction or game plan from district and regional heads. Stern hierarchy, no room to share thoughts and ideas.
