Well established (since 1958) construction company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to complete their team. Office experience in construction industry preferred! Main duties will include answering phones, tracking submittals & RFI paperwork, ordering office supplies, and providing wide range of administrative support to the office. The position does require driving a company vehicle to pick up plans or drop off report materials - so clean driving record & proof of insurance required. NO heavy lifting involved! Qualified candidates must have minimum 2 years office experience, strong organizational and communication skills. Must also be reliable and responsible, with the ability to prioritize and coordinate the workload. If you like variety in your day, this is the job for you!
