DUTIES: This exciting opportunity will provide customer service support for defined benefit plans, including pension and/or health & welfare. Job responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries and ensuring that appropriate action is taken, researching plan issues, processing benefit data, and maintaining accurate case notes.
REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications also include 2 years of experience in a customer service setting (call center preferred), proficiency with MSOffice (MSWord & Excel), min 35-40wpm. Must be fluent in Spanish and English (speaking/reading/writing). Benefit and/or pension plan experience a plus, also finance/research analyst experience a plus. High School Diploma required (or equivalency), Bachelor's degree a plus.
