Successful family-owned manufacturing company located in Escondido is seeking a top notch Office Assistant to support their outside sales team. This Temp-to-Hire position will pay $17.00 per hour and offer benefits upon hire. Job duties will include phone work (acting as customer service liaison between customers and the outside sales staff), maintaining accounts and projects, sales order and purchase order entry (exp w/MAS90 a huge plus!), expediting orders, and general clerical support. Qualified candidates must have solid communication skills (written & verbal) and a customer service focus, strong organizational skills, proficiency with MS Word & Excel a must. Must possess HS Diploma (or equivalency of).
