A typical day at work would be Assisting Property manager in Coral Gables. Making sure tenants work orders were filled. Collecting rent checks over $5,000 making deposits, checking lease agreements making sure lease was still active, typing property addendums. Data entry for every suit that was being managed by Cresent Properties. Answering phones with proper phone etiquette using Company Script. Co-workers were always working as a team especially the maintenance department, checking in with them using a radio to make sure that the tenants issues were handled in a professional manner. The hardest part of the job was making sure the utilities work order were taken care of in a timely manner. Data entry of executed job orders. Organizing a work order log. The most enjoyable part of the job was collecting rent checks and using Excel to organize every month what tenant paid the rent on time.
