Job Description

Our client is seeking an outstanding self-motivated, goal-oriented, clear-thinking associate representative to become Territory Consultant for the Greater Dallas area to support the development of their U.S. efforts.

The successful candidate must be detail oriented with the ability to manage complex surgical cases. The Territory Consultant should have strong written and oral communication skills and should have solid contacts within the territory. He or she should demonstrate an understanding of how to market and sell technical high-precision implants to hospitals and surgeons. Experience within the orthopedic space is preferred, trauma experience is desired.

The Territory Consultant should have a strong desire to excel in a commission-driven sales position and must have a hunter’s mentality. You must be able to provide evidence of success and standing in your current / former roles.

Desired Skills & Experience

The candidate must have a strong work ethic with excellent territory management skills and a convincing personality to motivate target customers. Honesty, Integrity, discipline and focus are main requirements for this assignment.

The candidate is expected to be paid a base salary ($55,000 - $65,000) plus commissions.

The position requires:
- 4 year Bachelors degree from an accredited school
- 2 - 4 years documented, successful OR sales experience
- Proficient computer skills specifically with Microsoft Office
- Excellent presentation skills
