Shownmore appreciate for the sales consultants by making a better compensation plan. They bring in so much profit to only be paid dirt cheap.

Make the district managers more accountable for themselves and their actions. Input a system of checks and balances to make sure that the team works together and that you don't have a bad apple spoiling the bunch. My personal opinion is that I wasn't even the true target, but to remove me, the link, weakened the chain.

Your district leaders offer ZERO support. No job security. My job is not held while I have a baby. If I was the suing kind I would definitely pursue a lawyer. Thankfully my husband has a job that supports us all.
