I worked for A.P. Moller-Maersk group almost for 9 years. that was good time to get good knowledge of work and great experience. i was working very hard and was dreaming about good promotion. but company decided to relocate head office to another city and i had no opportunity to move up. i have known new programs those i worked with, had really valuable conversations with customers and management to be more experienced, had many trainings how to sell product effectively. i had always good relations with management and they were always helping me with my goals i need to achieve. i had in time feedback always. me and my co-workers had good relations and i got intime help and good cooperations in many open questions and requirements. hardest part of my job was in the days when crisis arise. it was hard time for all, but even in this time i was looking for opportunity to work productive as much as i can and have good result. the most enjoyable part in my job when we were a big family and helping each other all the time. when i was sure that this company will support me if i need. great time.
