Intern (Former Employee) – Chicago, IL – June 15, 2016
I interned in the accounting office of AT Kearney in Chicago. This company really knows how to take care of its employees and I would highly recommend. I do not have anything negative to say about this company.
Associate Consultant (Current Employee) – New York, NY – January 7, 2016
Very intelligent people that work hard and provide insights on the cutting edge of various industries. The company does an excellent job hiring down to earth, fun, self-aware individuals. I truly enjoy working here.

Working at AT Karney was a great experience for me I enjoyed the staff and management the workflow was great. They also encourage you to advance yourself and other areas in the office if you wanted to grow and learn new things there. Very good job security with excellent benefits also profit sharing.
Great Opportunity for Career Development - Needs to improve Brand Recognition
Sr. Management Consultant, Manufacturing Associate (Current Employee) – atlanta, ga – December 21, 2014
Place is loaded with super smart people who are very hard working and collaborative. ATK is a top tier firm that no one knows about. You'll learn a ton working here - especially about how to frame and approach business problems. Having the ATK name on your resume also helps. The issue is that people know about the McKinseys, Bains, and Pwc's, but not so much about ATK. Company needs to work much harder to be recognized amongst other top firms
many many bright people, learn to frame and approach business problems, collaborative environment, strong on client relationship building
lack of diversity at the top (especially for blacks), poor name recognition among other top tier consulting firms
Great learning experience amid a great set of people
Senior Research Analyst II (Former Employee) – New Delhi – February 6, 2015
I enjoyed my stay at Kearney. Learned a host of things such as strategy planning and implementation, supply chain transformation and cost reduction. Best part was the high quality of people that always try to push the envelope.

You need to balance the perks you may get from traveling on a routine basis with making time for yourself when at the client site, and making time for others when you are at home. It is also important to be aggressive in networking within the firm (and at other large firms) to get staffed on projects you are interested in doing.
Management Consultant (Former Employee) – Southfield, MI – October 3, 2012
The company is poorly managed and engagements are not staffed well. Face time is a bigger priority than client's interests. I would not recommend AT Kearney to any new hire. Their brand is diminished and are a step above a contract house. They only conduct procurement and operations studies. They primarily support the automotive industry.
