INSURANCE SALES AGENT

AAA Allied Group, Inc. is currently seeking Insurance Agents to join their growing team in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky market. A great career opportunity for insurance professionals; agents work in a fast-paced position in a growth-oriented environment.
Principally housed in retail offices supporting other AAA business lines, agents have access to high foot traffic, but are primarily expected to build their client base through outside prospecting and networking. Candidates must be entrepreneurial; taking direct responsibility for the position and turning the opportunity into a successful and profitable venture for the company. Agents work under a highly competitive compensation plan with sales goals. The right candidate will possess a high sales aptitude and be intrinsically motivated to meet goals and objectives.
Other Core Requirements:
-2+ years experience in an agency, or equivalent sales experience
-Active OH Property and Casualty license preferred
-Minimum High School Diploma/GED
-Proven sales track record; acute knowledge of the sales process
-Superb customer service and interpersonal skills
-Accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to work in an independent, timely & efficient manner
-Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential
-Familiar with and established in, the local community
-Excellent networking and social skills - not afraid to 'knock on doors' and cold call
