AAA East Central is looking for an experienced manager with a bachelor degree (business or related field) and proven ability to supervise, motivate and develop staff. Strong analytical skills, solid oral and written communication skills required.
Will oversee the daily activities of assigned regional branches in Morgantown, Bridgeport and Martinsburg, WV (including club, travel, and insurance business lines) to provide the highest quality of customer service to our valued AAA members. Investigate complaints, identify potential problems and take corrective action. Accountable for effective, efficient budgeting and planning for the assigned regional branch. Meet performance expectations in the areas of sales, employee productivity, and member satisfaction. Manage branch office personnel: provide guidance, training, and coaching; interpret and apply policies and procedures; maintain a qualified staff; foster a cooperative working climate which maximizes employee morale and productivity. Commit at least 40 hours per week and some Saturdays.
