We are currently seeking motivated and experienced Managers to be part of our dynamic team and to grow and progress with us. Successful candidates will be managing a team of Insurance Sales Agents in an office environment.
- Must have P&C Insurance License (or obtain within 3 weeks of hire)
- Bilingual (fluent in both English & Spanish)
- Previous Leadership/Management experience
- Strong communication, problem solving, time management, and decision making skills
- Support, supervise and develop a team of Personal Lines Customer Service & Sales Agents.
- Become proficient in company guidelines and underwriting rules.
- Maintain an excellent customer experience from start to finish.
