Productive, challenging, and enjoyable to work. It was a great telecommuting experience. Daily, every call is answered with a great greeting to customers, which I loved because it l gave me time to review the account, then I will listen to the customer's concern and troubleshoot to find a resolution.
At this job, I learned and improved my skills on billing. Also, I learned to work with IM's and be able to handle customer's issues at the same time that I maintained communication with supervisor's and team leaders. It was my first time on the telecommuting field so I learned to work remote.
The management is very organized, structured, and reliable.
The interaction that I had with my supervisor, team leader and coworkers was through our weekly team meetings, which were very informative and fun.
The hardest part of this job was the training stage, that is a lot of information to be learned in 6 weeks but was attainable. I feel that was easier for my to learn with the remote training then at a real call center; the trainer always ensure we all were on the same page and gave us assistance as needed.
The most enjoyable part of this job was being able to work from home.
