remote Accounts Representative (Current Employee) – El Paso, TX – October 8, 2013 overall good company to work for, its all remote theres really no interaction with anyone else except the clients you are assisting
remotely, able to get paid time off as soon as youre hired
management still needs to focus on the teams
Other ABC Financial Services Employee Reviews Training for the job is very involved, and well presented. Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) – Rossville, GA – November 3, 2017 The hardest part of the job was getting a customer who was upset and impatient, and getting them to a supervisor is very time-consuming. Also there is no "instant" time off - request have to be posted at least 48 hours in advance and no guarantee you will get the time, even in an emergency situation.
work from home, many shifts to choose from.
not easy to get assistance since working from home.

It's every man for themselves. Always there to scold you like a child. Work environment a nightmare. Every call is another angry customer. Good luck keeping your sanity.
