I worked there for 5 years and advanced to Sales manager. The days are long and you have to make your money. You have to go out and get it, The days are long and the most of all the money is the best part. Also dealing with all different types of people on a daily basis.

Cons: long hours, commission basis, not family oriented, gets montonous, no standard definition of rules.
Start with a morning meeting to train on products and sales tactics ect... This is then followed by opening the doors and greeting customers. Long hours on your feet depending on rules and regulations per store. The hardest part of the job is learning the computers and the software to sell the products. Cons: long hours, little pay, missed family time, 6 day work week
Customer service at its either best or worst. This is a small company that promotes it employees that are not always the best decision for future leadership roles. Co-workers are ok some can be rather pushy about what and how they get from management.

This used to be a very good place to work for. Unless u have a huge clientele of people coming in for you good luck making anything more than minimmum wage. Benefits are good but that's about it.
