I am considering working for ACS even with its reputation. However, it will be short term maybe really short term. Do you have to repay the salary you receive during training if you leave ACS before a certain date? Do you have to pay them anything during training?

I have been offered a temp-to-perm position working for ACS in a management capacity. The idea is, if I am successful, I will be hired in a few months as a permanent employee. However, the company will not commit to a salary for the permanent position. To accept this position, I will be leaving a job that pays well and is permanent.
Although ACS seems to be large enough offer many opportunities for advancement and growth, I would like to know more about their pay scale – particularly the incentive based pay programs I have read about in this forum.
I have made my salary requirements clear however, the non-committal attitude has me concerned about a bait and switch once – or if – the permanent position comes to fruition. I would appreciate any/all input about the salary, benefits, and corporate culture. Thanks!
