Works closely with senior management to develop, implement, and maintain effective employee relation practices. Researches, prepares and maintains personnel policies and procedures. Ensures that all applicable compliance documentation and reporting is completed pursuant to employment laws or regulations.
Staffing - Coordinates the job posting and talent sourcing process. Works with staffing vendors as needed, conducts initial phone interviews and sets up onsite interviews. Coordinates screening assessments, reference and background checks. May draft employment offers. Implements employee orientation and 90-day employment review processes. Assists with employment hiring and termination processing. Maintains data regarding employee status/census information.
Benefits and Insurance Administration - Researches and implements new benefits and related vendor services as needed or requested. Works with benefit vendors to coordinate benefits open enrollment. Processes new employee benefits applications. Maintains spreadsheets to track salary deferrals for 401k, H.S.A, insurance premiums, etc.
Serves as the key contact for building maintenance and building security and maintains the physical office space as needed. Manages vendor relationships with regard to office equipment and services. Front Desk/ Reception – Manages the scheduling to cover absences, breaks, etc. Provides support to the Front as needed.
Four year degree with 5-8 years of HR/general office management experience
