The hours are what you make them, in General they are very long and you are constantly on the move so have a good vehicle and money saved to get your business going.

The employment process was very quick and you don't need much education in the field. Everything will be taught to you within the first month of you starting. Be prepared to spend a good chunk of change and a lot of time studying to be licensed in your state for Health and Life insurance.

It depends on if you are already licensed to sell insurance or not. Licensing varies a little per state, but typically takes 2-3 weeks from offer to training start. A new hire is required to complete pre-licensing courses, pass state exam, pass background check and be approved by the state to hold the license. Once license is approved training can start with the team!
