Move materials between departments: follow routing or tickets to fill orders from storage, stock or other departments. Process production and shipping orders in computerized software system. Unload and store incoming materials: check identification, report shortages or damage, move, store, stack, and arrange. Load materials for shipping in tankers, trailers and railcars: place materials on pallets, trays, racks, etc., install strapping, bracing, or padding. Maintain quality and quantity records of incoming and outgoing materials. Operate a power lift truck, hand truck, dolly, or other device. Assist with snow removal as needed.
Maintain product load samples (raw & finished)
Assist with cycle counts
Loading product for shipment on pallets and racks
General maintenance as directed by Site Supervisor

Ability to obtain a forklift certification

- High School Diploma
- Related job experience
- Computer experience
- Ability to stand; sit; lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
- Driver’s License with good driving record.
- Ability to obtain forklift certification.
