Outpatient Physical Therapist position responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing medically prescribed treatment programs for clients to restore functionality, relieve pain, and prevent disability following disease or injury. This is a professional-level position, operating independently while supervising both clinical and administrative support staff. Patient population includes orthopedics /sports, geriatric, pediatric, women’s health, neurological, and industrial rehab. Work situations require analysis, interpretation of information from a variety of sources, a service-oriented individual, and the use of discretion and good judgment in decision-making.
This is a full-time salaried position located in Olympia.
Active in-state therapy license
Previous credentialing an advantage
Experience in OP Therapy setting
5+ years clinical experience/supervisory
Organizes and oversees new hire training of Physical Therapist and Physical Therapy Assistants
Contributes to and maintains standard protocols and procedures of company
Manage perform of all staff
