AIS RealTime is looking for contractors to assist in the installation of hardware and network systems. Diagnose and repair hardware/ diagnose software problems as they arise. The contract will ensure that an industry best practice process is employed to efficiently install our systems and will be responsible for achieving excellence in customer service and satisfaction.

Minimum of an Associates' Degree in Information Technology, related field or equivalent experience

Knowledge Requirements:
Knowledge of Network Systems Security and Controls: TCP/IP, HTTP, LAN, WAN, WiFi, and Ethernet protocols. Familiarity with 802.11a/b/g/n and 802.15.4 standards.

Contractor must have own laptop with WiFi capability.

Other Information:
Ability to travel up to 75% nationally
Ability to lift, move, and transport 25 lbs of computer equipment
Ability to walk up to 4 miles daily, throughout customer site, including climbing into construction areas, basements, attics, storage areas, morgues
Ability to kneel, stoop, crouch, bend, and reach is essential for physically affixing RFID tags on various customer assets
Ability to verbally communicate with the customer in a timely fashion for reacting quickly to hospital or health emergencies, as well as for explaining to patients and hospital staff what you are doing or what you need to work on
Ability to individually navigate a customer site / hospital
Ability to bend, crouch and reach and climb ladders as needed when visiting customer sites (may also be required to use tools while on a ladder).
Ability to efficiently communicate with Team Members, Partners and Customers

This contract pays $12.50 an hour. This position has the opportunity to turn into a regular full-time salaried position with paid vacation, paid cell phone, bonus and benefits.
