We are looking for an account manager with the following skill set to help build our customer base: MUST be proficient with basic computer skills such as Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, Internet navigation, Act! (a plus)
MUST be organized, good record management
MUST be timely, trust worthy, positive attitude, a team player but can work independently, self motivated, able to multi task, proactive & a independent thinker, high integrity & strong work ethic
MUST have excellent written and communication skills (bi-lingual a big plus)
Sales Experience preferred but willing to train right applicant.
Clean driving record
Able to pass a drug test & Background Check
Key job description/responsibilities include:
Working together with our other account managers to provide solutions to our customers needs
Managing day to day activities such as customer retention, problem solving, data entry, preparing reports as needed, researching potential customers, cold calls via phone & door to door, signing new customers, renewal of existing customers, placing/tracking orders, monitoring emails, managing existing accounts
