We are looking for an assistant manager at a fast casual restaurant in Sugar Land, TX.
Approximate workload: 50-60 hours per week
Your duties would include helping out the manager and helping manage both the FOH and BOH staff, making sure all inventories are up to par, greeting customers, managing employees, and everything from being a cashier to working in the kitchen when needed. Hence, it is important you be knowledgeable about the kitchen. You will also be responsible most days for opening(and duties associated with that) and closing(and duties associated with that) the restaurant.
Restaurant experience is mandatory with this position. You should have experience with both FOH and BOH and some kind of management, whether it be assistant manager or shift leader.
