ARP is currently seeking a Leasing Specialist. This position will work in conjunction with our market partners across the country to perform all duties associated with the leasing and renewal of our single-family rental homes; focused on increasing occupancy, reducing turnover, and providing superior customer service to our current and future residents. Specific responsibilities include assisting to generate qualified traffic, managing social media, preparing and managing lease renewals, and working with our residents to ensure their complete satisfaction.
-Respond to phone and email inquiries and requests; provide superior customer service, complete information and ensuring timely follow-up.
-Demonstrate professionalism, courtesy and sensitivity with all current and future residents.
-Maintain accurate and in-depth knowledge of all inventory, including pricing, availability, lease expirations, market activity and trends, and competitive available homes.
-List and maintain available homes into ARP software to ensure accurate inventory information for leasing and company reporting.
-Assist market partners with marketing and advertising properties, including assisting in the management of social media
-Assist in the implementation of resident relations programs
-Adhere to all local, state and federal laws, including all laws governing Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other laws pertaining to real estate or leased properties.
-High school diploma or equivalent
-2 years of sales, leasing or customer relations’ experience
-Excellent customer service skills with the highest standards or professionalism
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Demonstrated experience in sales and marketing
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
-Must hold a real estate license in the state of Arizona
