We are looking to add to our exceptional cleaning team! As our Lead Cleaning Technician, you will perform routine detailed cleaning procedures throughout multiple customer accounts, and follow chemical usage directions and departmental procedures to clean, sanitize, and maintain accounts to our highest standards. You will be expected to restock supplies, complete inventory procedures, light building maintenance procedures, and follow proper use of equipment and supplies.
The candidate will have a minimum of one year experience in all aspects of cleaning, be able to work in a team environment as well as alone, display self-motivation, initiative, and flexibility. Basic math and English skills for reading instructions and mixing cleaning formulas is a must, as well as good customer service skills, excellent organizational skills, communication skills and good personal hygiene standards.
The candidate we are looking for must take pride in a job well done, lead by example, and must have an "eye for detail”; Quality of work is something we never skimp on here at AQC, so we will expect nothing less from our Lead Janitor!
Flexibility and quick response to unexpected changes in work shifts, work volume, in field emergencies, scheduling revisions, and dependability for your own shift is a must. Strong communication skills and the ability to follow precise instructions are necessary skills for our accounts, customer requests, and overall company communications and follow through.

Qualifications / Requirements for the position include being able to:
- Pass a 7 year criminal background check
- Present a Valid Driver’s License, reliable vehicle, and car insurance
- Lift 30+ lbs. continuously
- Read, write, and communicate in English
- Work well independently with limited supervision
- Work well in a team environment to ensure that all custodial needs are being met
- Follow and complete daily schedule and monitor results independently
- Communicate effectively with Management daily via email & phone.
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- 1 year experience / knowledge of custodial, janitorial, light building maintenance, window cleaning and/or housekeeping practices is preferred

The minimum starting wage is $10 per hour + DOE- for Lead Position salary is Negotiable. Training, Uniforms & ID Badges will be provided.
