Do you have excellent mechanical skills and experience installing and repairing Multi-Function Printers (MFPs)?

Have you been factory trained from Ricoh, Lanier, Savin, Gestetner, Hewlett-Packard, Francotyp-Postalia, Cannon, or other major office equipment and/or mail equipment manufacturers?

Do you enjoy being in the field to diagnose and resolve customers’ equipment / networking issues?

Is providing good customer service important to you?

Do you have a clean driving record?

The ASI Business Solutions team has an immediate opening on their team of specialized Field Service Technicians for the addition of a MFP Field Service Technician. Technicians are responsible for installation of equipment, providing customer training as well as responding to service calls for our customers on Lanier (Ricoh) brand equipment.

ASI sells and services innovative systems from Francotyp-Postalia mailing solutions, Lanier, Hewlett-Packard, and other leaders in document management. ASI also offers efficient solutions to printing, copying, scanning, archiving, faxing and document solutions.

Job Requirements:
 GREAT attitude
 Ricoh, Lanier, Savin, Gestetner Training
Communicate and interact effectively with all customers
 Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
 Commitment to customer satisfaction and retention
 Maintain an accurate parts inventory and customer care records
 Adhere to strict preventative maintenance schedules
 Work through customer training issues
 Good mechanical aptitude with basic electronics skills
 Proficient with diagnostic and test equipment
 Handle stressful situations and meet deadlines
 Ability to multi task and change priorities as needed
 Excellent time management skills
 Flexible as well as the ability to work in a fast paced environment
 Work with little or no supervision
 Strong knowledge of PC hardware and software systems
 Maintain a clean driving record
 Good decision making skills
 A + Certification desirable
