  • Lead by example in friendliness, product knowledge and the retail experience
  • Exceed our customers expectation
  • Execute on all AT&T objectives
  • Have an inner drive to succeed in a fast paced, ever-changing work environment
  • Interact with customers using a friendly, fun, and professional approach
  • Be an example in BIG THREE execution
  • Be willing and able to work in different stores daily
  • Listen and learn from current Managers regarding all aspects of the job
  • Perform ALL Manager duties is the Manager is not present

DUTIES

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Meet or Exceed Sales Goals
  • 45+ hours per week (full time)
  • Engage customers to explore sales opportunities
  • Conduct bill reviews on customers accounts
  • Maintain standards for personal activations
  • Learn how to use and demonstrate wireless applications for customers
  • Attend and conduct all required meetings
  • Conduct daily one-on-ones and monthly employee evaluations
  • Maintain profitability of the retail location
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Ensure all customers are assisted in a friendly, prompt, professional and ethical manner

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge:

  • Telecom experience preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience
  • Knowledge of wireless markets and industry trends
  • Ability to manage multiple employees in a vigorous retail environment
  • Creative and proactive thinking skills
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Proficient in all Microsoft applications

Compensation Range: $45,000 to $55,000
Benefits include: Base salary plus commission, Vacation/ Sick leave, medical/dental/vision, 401k, Charitable Foundation Fund, phone discounts, & tuition reimbursement
