A nationally top-ranked outside sales vendor for AT&T is looking for a new direct sales manager to manage its AT&T U-Verse door to door campaign in the Columbus, OH market.

We are looking for the minimum following requirements:
- At least 1 year of successfully managing a team of at least 3 door to door sales reps
- A successful personal track record in Door to Door sales
- A demonstrated ability and desire to lead
- A knowlege of cable or other technology based sales
- An ability to learn the requirements and systems of an AT&T sales office
- Ability to work a 10:00am - 7:30pm Mon-Fri daily schedule with at least 1 Saturday shift a month

Desired Requirements
- At least 3 years of successful management of a team of at least 5 door to door sales reps
- At least 3 years working in Cable, Satellite, or Fiber-Optic Sales
- College Degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or other related field
- Ability to relocate to new markets

To the proper candidate we will offer:
- Minimum weekly stipend
- Progressive override structure
- Aggressive Monthly Bonus Structure/Profit Sharing
- Ability to grow into other markets in Ohio and the MidWest

Our existing sales mangers make between $70-150k annually based on the performance of the market. We are looking for a winner who is committed to doing what it takes to be very successful, not just meet minimum quotas.
