Great company, however the commission structure continues to change and good employees are continually asked to do more while being paid less.

Customer Accoumt Specialist (Former Employee), Peoria, ILOctober 16, 2014
Pros: the pay was great, company picnics and game days when we exceeded our monthly quota
Cons: short breaks and lunches.
AT&T was a great place to work, fast paced and fun. there is constant training provided to allow employees to work in several different areas. my co-workers were diverse and fun to be around. id say the hardest part of the job was learning new methods in a very short period of time and the most enjoyable part were the many benefits available

High pay, high stress
Senior Sales Executive (Former Employee), Springfield, MOOctober 16, 2014
Not a place I would ever recommend. They pay extremely well but it is to get you to stay and put up with the policies and procedures of one of Americas most shady employers. Even the customer relations and visible parts of the business model suggest the only they care about is the almighty dollar and have little regard for the mental and emotional well – more... being of their customers or employees. – less

A Great Place to Work
Executive Director (Former Employee), Dallas, TexasOctober 15, 2014
Pros: the company is focused on creating value for its stakeholders and customers alike.
I worked for the company over 35 years-- I started as an entry level employee and worked my way up to executive level. The company prides itself on focusing on the growth of its customer and employees. There is an excellent staff of management and non management employees who all coordinate closely to ensure the corporations financial goals are attained.
