Ambassadors World Arts and Languages Academy, International (AWALA International) is recruiting for the role of Business Manager/Receptionist. The Business Manager will be an integral part of the daily operations of the school managing accounts payable and receivable, managing payroll, managing staff and student records, handling customer concerns and suggestions that are operational in nature, and being a warm and balanced voice and face to our clients/families who call and enter the school.
Qualifications & Experience:
3-5 years experience in an administrative management capacity
1-2 years of payroll experience
Experience with ProCare or other student management/data management systems
Experience with QuickBooks a plus
Flexible and open to change
Warm and friendly affect
Open to receiving constructive feedback and suggestions
Willingness to provide constructive feedback and suggestions
Must have empathy and integrity
Education: Bachelors degree in business, finance, accounting, public administration, human resources, or related field.
