What you need:

  • 3+ years of software experience
  • Strong oral and written communication and customer project management skills
  • Experience with Enterprise Level software development, installation and implementation
  • Strong business process analysis skills

Preferred knowledge and skill:

  • Hands-on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics GP, SL, AX or Sage Timberline 300
  • Knowledge of general ledgers and accounting
  • Expertise in Web and Windows Application development using C#, VB & ASP.NET 2.0 – 4.0
  • Experience with database application development using Microsoft SQL Server 2005 – 2008
  • Experience in troubleshooting network related issues

What you will do:

  • Work with customers on implementing FieldConnect software
  • Analyze and document customer requirements and business processes
  • Prioritize and communicate new feature and enhancement requests to Product Development
  • Effectively transition an account from implementation, and then to post implementation activities
  • Work closely with other developers to design, code and document new products and features
  • Travel to customer sites up to 20% of the time
