Pros: clean, safe work envirionment
Cons: managers would review your calls and have meetings with you over the format of the calls., strict guidelines and script were to be followed during your call, without sounding robotic., if you went outside of the script you were docked points, wrote up and conseled on the call., you have to bid on your job every 3 months, and were not guarented the shift you applied for.
Answered roadside calls for distressed guests. Co-workers were easy to work with.
Management wasn't always helpful, when needed..seemed to be disturbed if you called them for assistance on a call.
Loved the interaction of the guests on the phone. And seeing the end results of thier calls.
