Management had no idea what they are doing. They do not care about their employees.

AAA does not care about their employees. If you don't believe apply for a job there get hired and you will see. They give absolutely no training. If you were applying for an insurance job you will get training on how to sell membership and there is absolutely no training for insurance. They throw you at a desk and then you're on your own.

They "pride" themselves on their culture yet their leadership actions don't support it. This place is going no where fast. They keep coming up with new ideas yet they are what they are and it's becoming very old school.

Management is very nice and understanding. atmosphere is calm and neat and clean computer system very well done training very good to help people learn quicker everyone is always willing to answer questions and help guide you through the learning process.

A nice starter job for someone that is new to the workforce

AAA of Western and Central NY is a fast changing company that tries to do a lot of things different constantly to increase their members and retain the current ones. Working here would mean that your job duties would keep changing and you would be criticized if old habits don't die quickly. Overall it is a good stepping stone on your path to success for your future endeavors and career.
