We act in a manner so as to promote the best interests of the owner.
We maintain a system of office records, books and accounts. These records will be available for inspection by appointment with members during normal office hours. The books and accounts will be maintained according to accepted accounting principles and practices.
We Maintain records of the Association, including a roster of homeowners.
