Handpacker (Former Employee) –  Saint Marys, PANovember 9, 2017
Nice company. Its sad that the higher ups dont care about us workers. Shift bosses are really nice and very helpful. But working 7 days a week can wear you out.
Pros

7 days a week work

I started work at 6 am, and the shop was up and running from the night before. I had to work on the gages to ensure excellent quality of the parts that were being run.

Your day is never the same, the days go by really fast! The training for support staff is amazing. You are trained for two weeks straight, but then you are paired with someone so if there are questions or you need help someone is always there. Great and informational All Employee Meetings............
Pros
Flexible
Cons
Sometimes spread too thin

Lifestyles Attendent (Current Employee) –  Kissimmee, FLOctober 20, 2015
An honest position with helping homeowners out with their needs, makes my day go by happily. Summer time is the busiest time, but one of the funniest times of the year. A friendly staff that has your back. Mangers that will help out if asked for it.

Manufacturing Eng (Former Employee) –  Three Rivers, MIJune 29, 2015
There is a problem when a person is trying to get something done and people who are supposed to help laugh. At this facility most people laugh at issues because nothing is being done about them. Or they are not being regarded in a timely manner. Mostly firefighting.

I was fortunate to have some great opportunities @ AAM. I also worked with a lot of wonderful people there. However, advancement opportunities for women are extremely limited.
