Pros: pay and benefits
Cons: no room for growth within company
Aaron Brothers is a great place to work, but sadly there is not much room for advancement. I am always looking to grow with a company. The people I work with and the job itself is very rewarding. At work I would help the general manager run the store, help with scheduling, interviewing, and discipline. I learned so much as a manager there, from how to better manage a large number of people, scheduling, HR, and leadership. My hardest part of the job is going to be when I have to leave the company. My most enjoyable part of the day is just getting to interact with new people everyday, providing the best customer service possible, and learning something new everyday.
