Abbey Delray South is looking for a part time Marking Assistant to work with our very active Marketing Department. The Marketing Assistant provides support for all aspects of the marketing effort. This primarily includes serving in a hospitality role, acting as a receptionist, coordinating events and providing administrative support to the marketing and sales staff. This position is responsible for representing the community during the sales process for prospective residents ensuring that all information pertaining to the regulations, procedures and policies related to residing at Abbey Delray South are explained appropriately. This position also provides administrative support such as ensuring all documents are completed accurately, data input, filing, and assisting with report preparation.

This part time position is approximately 20 hours per week with flexibility to work around the right candidate’s schedule (Monday through Friday work week).
- 3 years previous administrative work experience preferably in a marketing capacity
- Excellent customer service skills
- High level of detail orientation
