Home Health Aide Coordinator

Abbott Senior Care, a fast growing home care agency is in need of a highly motivated Home Care Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have strong problem solving, negotiating, communication and marketing skills, will communicate with clients, caregivers, and ASAP case managers to arrange for services, coordinate assignments, and assist with recruiting, interviewing, and orientation of new direct caregivers.


- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate professionally with employees and clients both on the phone and in person
- Excellent organizational and computer skills.. Responsible for coordination and scheduling of caregivers and meeting client needs
- Excellent interpersonal skills. The successful applicant will be developing and managing relationships with aides, nurses, clients, and referral sources in a fast paced environment
- Bachelor's degree or experience in Social Work or Human Services is preferred but not required
