Supervisor, Abbotsford, WI - April 9, 2016
I felt that I was able to get the experience needed for me to find a better opportunity. I had a lot of great employees that gave me 100percent with given tasks. I learned how a lot of machines worked and gained a lot of on the job knowledge in how to deal with multiple different situations in a very timely manner, under pressure with time dead lines, in a consistent professional manner, in good and bad circumstances. I feel I gained more knowledge from working as a supervisor then I was able to as a lead, machine operator, along as when I was general labor. I always was able to feel that I was able to make a difference, and I felt I had a very important role to my company while I was employed.
