International trade Manager for Europe
International market rep (Former Employee), London, ENGJanuary 17, 2014
Pros: the opportunity to have a big project from scratch
Cons: compensation
I was in charge of the International trade department for Europe. Here I dealt with great challenges to organize and change the whole logistic structure in EU. I have worked together with my co- worker in US in developing and implementing a software in the company that could help anyone in each plant to manage transportation and imports and exports shipments.
I had a good relationship with my co-workers and my bosses, I still keep in touch.

Pros: change and challenge
Cons: living far from my family
Fun place to work. I have leard effective leadership skills. Very knowledgable leadership team. Hardest part of my job was living far from my family. The most enjoyable part of my job was engaging hundreds of emplyees and achieve hight performance results.
